Paul Scott was born and raised in Grand Blanc, Michigan. He graduated from Grand Blanc High and lettered in football and baseball. Paul went to the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and earned his BA in political science and economics. He also attended Harvard University for his Master's in Public Policy and the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor Law School for his JD.
Paul's work experience includes serving as a law clerk for Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C., and, most recently, as the Deputy Director of the Gallup Organization's World Poll Division.
Paul has been active in the community as a football coach for Burton Bendle High, baseball coach for Goodrich High, coach and sponsor for Grand Blanc Little League and serves on the executive committee of the Genesee County Republicans.
Paul is also a member of the following organizations: Genesee County Right to Life, National Rifle Association, Grand Blanc Chamber of Commerce, Fenton Chamber of Commerce, Abundant Life Ministries Church.
